The Club at Crested Butte is seeking a Outside Services Manager! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. General Purpose: The Outside Services Manager will lead the preparation and execution of daily play and outside services. This position will embody The Club at Crested Butte's standards of service and member experience. Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 Essential Duties: Assist the monitoring and scheduling for Outside Service Attendants and Bag Room Attendants. Work cohesively and consistently with Golf Professionals and Golf Shop Attendants. Ensure the entire Outside Services team is knowledgeable of current Club programming schedules. Cover or help find coverage for Outside Service and Bag Room Attendant shifts when required. Promote Club events. Understand the tournament/event calendar. Communicate details with Members/Guests. Conduct oneself professionally and maintain a professional image. Retrieve golf bags from member/guest car or storage. Assure all golf bags are properly tagged, cataloged, and stored in the correct bag storage slot. Load bags onto golf carts. Assure golf cart cubbies, tires, windshields, and all other features are clean. Assure golf carts are properly charged every night. Assure golf carts are properly supplied with scorecard, pencils, tees, sand, and towels. Daily setup, breakdown, and maintenance of practice facilities. Daily cleaning of range balls. Maintain cart barn equipment. Update equipment as needed. Maintain golf cart staging area, clean/sweep up trash, provide clean towels. Ensure the Cart Barn floor is clean and all trash is removed every night. Process non-standard requests, initiate appropriate documentation, and notify other departments and/or coordinate with outside agencies as needed. Inventory operational supplies. Order new supplies as needed. Inventory, clean, and maintain rental clubs. Work closely with others in the department to identify and correct problems and make recommendations to remedy problems. Keep track of correspondence and interactions with the Membership, relay pertinent information to the appropriate department. Physical Demands: Ability to crouch, stand and reach. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Safely handle cleaning chemicals as required. Ability to work at a desk in front of a computer. Education/Experience: 2 years of previous supervisor experience preferred. 3-5 years of hospitality industry experience preferred. Work Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays. Clear communication of the written and spoken word. Proficient administrative skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. A keen eye for attention to detail. Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
