Aesthetic Nurse (1099)We're at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, regenerative wellness, and longevity treatments, and we're looking for experienced aesthetic RNs and/or NPs looking to grow their clientele with us! Who Thrives Here Licensed RNs with experience in aesthetics (injectables, med spa treatments, regenerative therapies) and an entrepreneurial mindset (sales experience is a plus!). Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Injector / Aesthetic Nurse, including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, PRP/PRF, and blood draws Personable, client-focused, and able to deliver a luxury patient experience Comfortable as a 1099 contractor (autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset) Open to learning and working with innovative / emerging modalities Enjoys consultative work (patient education, upselling when appropriate) What to Expect Flexible schedule - as a 1099 contractor, you have autonomy Training provided in proprietary treatments Work directly with patients in a premium clinic setting Opportunity to grow as Lionheart expands into new markets Collaborate with a team passionate about longevity, health span, and regenerative wellness Engagement Type & Compensation: Independent Contractor (1099) Flexible schedule: Start with 1-2 days per week, with potential for increased hours as clientele grows Career growth opportunities: As we plan to expand to multiple locations, early team members will have the chance to help shape and build the company Supplemental income: Earn up to $6000 per month Career Management Group is a boutique staffing partner focused on meaningful placements across healthcare, life sciences, technology, professional services, and more.
