Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Senior AI & Enterprise Applications Engineer with 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable solutions, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems, and supporting large-scale business applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML-powered applications Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows Build and manage AI-driven automation pipelines using modern frameworks Develop and maintain enterprise applications supporting real estate, facilities, or similar business domains Design and implement data migration and integration solutions between enterprise systems Build REST APIs and backend services using Python or Java-based frameworks Develop and optimize workflows, reports, and business process automation Ensure high system performance, reliability, and scalability Participate in SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused technology solutions Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Strong programming experience in Python and/or Java Experience working with AI/ML frameworks and LLM integrations Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and AI workflow automation tools Experience with enterprise platforms and system integrations Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Knowledge of data pipelines and API integrations Experience with Agile methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience working on enterprise real estate or facilities management platforms Exposure to ERP system integrations Experience optimizing system performance and database queries Certification in AI, cloud, or enterprise platforms (preferred but not mandatory) Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years of IT experience Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated and adaptable to new technologies Attributes: We are in search of a candidate who embodies passion, intelligence, and critical thinking skills.
