Position Summary We are growing our National Accounts team and looking for a Junior Relationship Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to support strategic client partnerships. This position plays a key support role in the National Accounts team. You will work closely with senior Relationship Managers to serve and grow large national clients. This role blends account support, project coordination, operations, and client-facing responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to national account management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic client partnerships. ResponsibilitiesClient & Account SupportSupport Relationship Managers in managing and growing national accounts Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, goals, and industry Help execute client contracts and ensure deliverables are met on time Participate in client meetings, presentations, tastings, and events Operations & Project CoordinationAssist with order processing, distribution center coordination, and product documentation Partner with marketing, product development, sourcing, and operations teams to support client initiatives Help forecast product needs and support innovation projects Track and update all projects in CRM and project management systems (Asana, etc.) Events & TravelSupport trade shows, expos, client tours, and industry events Assist with in-office tastings, demos, and presentations (including setup and breakdown) Travel up to 30% as needed Team & Culture ContributionBuild strong cross-department relationships Participate in weekly team meetings and planning sessions Occasionally support Thrive's café operations Performance ExpectationsTimely communication with clients and internal teams Strong organization and follow-through on projects Accurate CRM documentation of client interactions Reliability and flexibility in supporting events and client needs Embodying Thrive's core values: Service, Stewardship, Trust, Accountability, and Innovation RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter with a strong work ethic Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Professional, collaborative, and relationship-oriented Adaptable and eager to learn PreferredExperience in account management, customer success, or sales support Food & beverage or CPG industry exposure CRM or project management software experience Work Environment This is a primarily in-office role based in Roswell/Atlanta, GA. Flexibility for occasional remote work may be available with manager approval. The role may require schedule flexibility to support client events, travel, or tours.
