Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking Crew Supervisors in the northern midwest to oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications infrastructure. This person will supervise day to day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables. Ther right candidate should have experience with leading teams within fiber optic or underground utility construction and be comfortable reporting on this activity daily. This individual will be responsible for communicating with company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed. The ideal Candidate with have great communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within the telecom industry.
