Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team, supporting Project Executives in managing construction projects. This role involves overseeing all construction documents and coordinating multiple projects ranging from $2 to $10 million. The position requires occasional travel to project sites across the east coast and collaboration with subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution.Responsibilities Support Project Executives with construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to facilitate project paperwork. Assist with client communication, project scheduling, and material ordering. Attend site meetings to oversee project progress and address any issues. Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction setting supporting project management. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred. Proficiency in handling construction documents such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and blueprints. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with trades contractors. Experience in project management support tasks including scheduling, material ordering, and conducting meetings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proven ability to work independently and within a small team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Work EnvironmentThis position offers flexibility to work from our office in Maryland or remotely from the New York market as we expand our presence there. The role involves occasional travel to job sites, approximately twice a month, for day trips. You will be part of a small project team with a project manager and a superintendent, fostering a family-like office environment with about 10 team members.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bel Air, MD.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
