Description: Workload is dependent on RVU with 580 minutes assigned out of a 720-minute shift. ICUs may have similar assignments, but RVU allocations could be higher. The role involves floating to general care outside of assigned ICU. Weekend shifts are required, with 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule. One major holiday and one minor holiday off are expected.
