The Corporate Partnerships Solutions Team is the strategy arm of Corporate Partnerships; ultimately tasked with helping generate revenue and drive value for the team's corporate partners through collaboration with the Partnership Sales & Engagement teams. As a Partnership Creative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating design solutions with a high visual impact to help develop and present partnership materials for current and prospective partners in the marketplace. Responsibilities included but are not limited to: Take an active role in supporting partnership creative requests, collaborating with Partnership Sales and Engagement team members to develop creative elements for sales decks, renewals, internal presentations, recap videos, one-pagers, and more. Contribute to the Corporate Partnership team's design initiatives, helping to maintain and strengthen brand standards that align with the broader organizational identity. Craft clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for a variety of marketing materials, providing resources that the Sales and Engagement groups can utilize for proposals and upsells. Contribute to the development of brand creative for partners, which may be used for in-arena, digital media, and physical signage, as needed. Benchmark creative work across the NBA and other leagues to identify best practices that could be applied to new partnership opportunities. Work alongside Partnership Sales and Engagement team members to ensure workflows are tailored to the unique timelines and creative or strategic needs of each project and partner. Act as a bridge between the Corporate Partnerships and other departments such as Creative, Video Production, and Marketing, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient processes and approvals for partner creative projects. Collaborate with the Business Strategy & Analytics team to help visualize data in ways that are engaging and accessible to consumers. Participate in meetings related to individual projects or brainstorming, sharing ideas and insights as part of the creative process. Embrace opportunities to take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the team. Required skills, experience, and abilities: Bachelor's degree required; major/coursework in graphic design or creative fields preferred Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Portfolio required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point and Word Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills Self-motivated and with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Ability to work independently and take initiative while exercises sound discretionary judgment Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teammates and stakeholders. Ability to continually manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Effective communicator with strong people skills. Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays as needed This driven teammate must exhibit excellent customer service skills and judgement, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
