Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery Location: Seneca, SC Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift | 3x12 Hours Pay Rate: $48 - $54 per hour Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery to join a maternity care team in a Baby-Friendly facility providing comprehensive maternal and newborn services. The RN will play a key role in supporting patients throughout the childbirth process while delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. This unit operates under the LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) model, where nurses are cross-trained to provide care across multiple maternal and newborn service areas. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using appropriate assessment tools and interventions. Assist with childbirth procedures and support postpartum recovery and newborn care. Perform circulator duties for obstetric procedures and gynecological surgeries. Provide care in OB triage and acute care nursery settings when needed. Conduct newborn hearing screenings and assist with breastfeeding support and education. Administer medications using automated medication dispensing systems. Maintain accurate patient documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Collaborate with physicians, midwives, lactation consultants, and interdisciplinary care teams. Float to other units or campuses as needed within scope of competency. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-806-4227.
