Overview A high-profile individual in the entertainment industry is seeking a sharp, highly organized, and adaptable full-time personal assistant (PA) to support both professional and personal operations. This role reports to the main principal for business and personal support, and to his spouse for household and personal support. The household has two young children and a team of nannies; this role is strictly focused on supporting the principals and overall household operations- not childcare. The environment is fast-moving, entrepreneurial, and personality-driven. The ideal candidate is proactive, socially intelligent, polished in professional communication, and thrives in an ever-changing role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early-to-mid career as a PA who is comfortable managing day-to-day needs while remaining accessible for occasional after-hours matters - such as coordinating with drivers, updating itineraries when schedules shift, and handling time-sensitive logistics. The position is primarily based in NYC (SoHo and TriBeCa). Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm Some weeks are lighter, others heavier, depending on touring or production needs Must have a 24/7 mindset and willingness to handle small, time-sensitive tasks outside normal working hours ResponsibilitiesCorporate / Professional Support (Primary Focus) Manage the principal's calendar across multiple scheduling needs Act as gatekeeper - liaise with agents, managers, venues, producers, and other executives Communicate in a professional and polished manner Coordinate logistics for work travel, tours, and production schedules Pick up meals and any necessary items during the workday Communicate and coordinate with the management team Track email follow-ups and set reminders to ensure timely responses Manage Zoom meetings, Google Calendar, and scheduling systems Assist with minor event coordination (holiday gatherings, birthday celebrations, team events) Personal / Household SupportNote: These tasks are as needed and not daily. Corporate support remains the primary focus. Run errands (groceries, returns, dry cleaning, specialty shopping) Dog walking and pet-related needs Manage storage unit organization and seasonal transitions Assist with Hamptons home setup during season (vendors, maintenance, landscaping, pest control) Oversee household service providers (HVAC, painting, installations, repairs) Review service contracts and cross-track invoices with business management team Coordinate family travel logistics with travel agents Pack/unpack for trips and ensure household organization Order household items and manage deliveries Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Minimum five years of experience working in either a private household, corporate setting, and 2 year minimum as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant Experience in corporate, entertainment, or high-profile environments is preferred Professional email etiquette and strong calendar management skills Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Zoom, scheduling systems) Strong follow-up habits and reminder systems Resourceful and proactive problem-solver Socially intelligent with strong situational awareness Confident communicating with high-level industry professionals Highly organized and detail-oriented Non-smoker English speaking Personality Fit Calm under pressure and not easily overwhelmed Not shy or timid - comfortable around big personalities and entertainment industry dynamics Understands when to step in and when to give space Professional, polished, and responsive Flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes Career-driven Requirements Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Comfortable with a W2 position Available to respond to time-sensitive requests outside core hours when needed Salary and Benefits $90,000-$100,000 annually (DOE) W-2 position Health stipend provided 2 weeks PTO annually 3-5 sick days Major federal holidays off or holiday pay provided
