DescriptionPCSI is looking for an Office Manager to support our housekeeping contract with Winn Army Community Hospital! This role will provide administrative support for the team's operations leadership and other employees. The Office Manager is responsible for managing the office phone line, handling email communication, and offering in-person support for employees. The Office Manager also processes invoices in an accounting system, prepares payroll data, and submits government reports.We're looking for someone with a strong administrative skillset, attention to detail, and familiarity with processing payroll and/or accounting data. This position is based on-site on Fort Stewart near Hinesville, GA. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.Benefits Include: Annual bonus of up to 6%. 21 days of PTO per year, in addition to all federal holidays. Serving people of all abilities in their life's journey is at the heart of what we do.What You'll Do as Office Manager: Perform semi-skilled, technical, and administrative work to establish and maintain office efficiency. Ensure that incoming and outgoing mail is handled properly and that urgent items are addressed promptly. Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payroll data accurately and on time, including all government reports. Meet deadlines for open enrollment, payroll, FMLA data. Handle employee and customer calls and inquiries; answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner. Route telephone calls to the appropriate person and document calls. Maintain FMLA leave, track and schedule immunizations, schedule interviews, and complete new hire onboarding. Update database as needed and report to COR monthly. Maintain office supplies and other supplies. Ensure office property and equipment remain in good repair and appearance. Maintain a clean and attractive office, including floors, windows, walls, desks, and files. Make recommendations on replacement, additions, or deletions of facilities and equipment when needed and/or economically justified. Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork with the company and a favorable image of PCSI. Perform research and a variety of special projects as assigned. Minimum three-five (3-5) years of prior office administration experience is required. Familiarity with payroll and accounting systems preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC functions. Ability to effectively listen and clearly communicate in person, in writing, and on the telephone. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, contract officials, and the public. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Ability to maintain attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines. Ability to be a self-starter and have strong time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and handle multiple priorities. Ability to work both with minimal supervision and as a team player. Other Requirements: Ability to pass credit, criminal, drug, and driving screening. Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Possess valid driver's license and maintain good driving record.
