Summary DataPath, Inc. is seeking a Senior System Integration Engineer that will be responsible for bridging gaps between different technological systems, ensuring interoperability and smooth communication between software applications, hardware devices, and networks. Unlike software developers or network administrators, they focus on the broader system ecosystem, analyzing how components interact, identifying integration issues, and designing solutions to create cohesive, efficient systems. Roles and Responsibilities: Experience with software integration (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Java), API protocols (REST, SOPA), and message queuing systems. Ability to diagnose complex integration issues and implement effective solutions. Strong communication, teamwork, and project management capabilities to coordinate across departments Examples of such problems include determining the location and density of circuitry, evaluating electromagnetic radiation, isolating malfunctions, and incorporating engineering changes. Perform systems engineering to include expertise in systems design and integration, manufacturing, quality and industrial engineering, airworthiness, and configuration and data management. Assist in developing, deploying, and maintaining processes to assure weapon systems are fully integrated, manufactured, sustained, configuration managed, and operationally safe, suitable, and effective throughout their life cycle. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor of Science and 15+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years in the Department of Defense contracting market of major weapon systems product development and acquisitions. Experience using mathematical models to analyze electrical circuits, power distribution, and system efficiency. Experience identifying and resolving problems within electrical systems during design, testing, or installation phases. Understanding of the interrelationships of circuits Experience exercising independent judgment in performing such tasks as making circuit analyses, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments Preferred Requirements: Experience as an Electrical Engineer or performing System Engineer related activities. Experience building and testing experimental models of electrical devices to evaluate functionality and performance. Experience creating schematics and blueprints for electrical components and systems within a project, considering factors like power requirements, load calculations, and safety regulations. Possess a professional certification as a Certified Technical Professional (CTP), Professional Engineer (PE), or similar. Clearance Requirements: Must be US Citizen and have a current active secret clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. Must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may include delivering presentations; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
