Job Description Manage all phases of commercial construction, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor oversight. Lead project meetings, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of each construction phase. Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, owners, and local officials to maintain project alignment and regulatory compliance. Oversee RFIs, change orders, cost control processes, and progress reporting. Ensure jobsite safety, quality assurance, and efficient workflow across teams. Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to keep schedules and budgets on track. The Successful Applicant The ideal building and construction Commercial Project Manager candidate will bring: 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Proven success managing projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, office, or industrial. Strong skills in scheduling software, budgeting tools, and construction documentation. Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the ability to coordinate diverse teams. Willingness to work onsite and travel within the Syracuse region as needed.
