Join the Princeton Property Management Team!We're looking for an experienced, motivated Community Manager who is ready to lead with confidence and care.Ideal candidates will bring: At least 3 years of property management experience A high level of professionalism, organization, and self-motivation The ability to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines A supportive, team-focused leadership approach Position Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm Wage: $32.00 to $34.00 an hour based on experience Location: Salem Area Plus: $75.00 phone and $50 auto monthly reimbursement Bonus: Quarterly & Turnover What we need from you: 3+ years of property management experience plus multi-site management Manage day-to-day operations of 100 plus unit properties. Screen new rental applications by running credit checks and confirming employment and prior rental history. Enforce the community policies to ensure quality living standards in your community. Oversee and/or prepare all legal notices then issue them accordingly. Supervise, train, and develop team members. Assure all income is deposited daily and applied correctly to the resident's ledger. Be familiar with the property budget and work with the Portfolio Manager to minimize expenses. Ensure all resident files are complete at move-in and at move-out discarding old files according to policy and procedures. Market the apartment community and oversee leasing duties to achieve the highest possible occupancy. Perform leasing functions as needed at each individual community and/or assist the leasing staff when needed. Review all advertising on a weekly basis. Ensure the highest standard of curb appeal by walking the property daily. Operate property management software program. Resolve resident issues and document incidents. Approve or oversee invoices and ensure timely submission to corporate. Prepare and/or oversee the weekly and monthly reports for accuracy and submit to corporate per company policies. Inspect all vacant and rent ready units ensuring that all maintenance is completed prior to move-in. Assume primary responsibility for all proper documentation in the community. Report all on-site injuries to Corporate immediately and the response to injury folder must be adhered to. Ensure work orders are completed in a timely fashion and in accordance with company policy. Be knowledgeable about the emergency plan and confirm that the team is trained and capable of carrying out requirements. Perform all other duties assigned by Supervisor.
