Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate (Material Handling & Crate Building) We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team for 1st and 2nd shift positions. This is a fast-paced role that requires both physical strength and the ability to use basic tools for material preparation. Shift & Pay 1st Shift: Starts at 6:00 AM 2nd Shift: Starts at 4:00 PM Pay: Starting at $17.84/hour Overtime: Candidates must be flexible to work OT as needed. Key Responsibilities Material Preparation: Build and stack custom wooden crates and pallets for secure product transport. Product Inspection: Carefully inspect materials for defects or damage prior to loading. Sorting & Loading: Organize products by category and manually load materials into containers or onto trucks. Tool Operation: Safely use hand and power tools (drills, nail guns, etc.) to construct shipping crates. Physical Requirements Heavy Lifting: Must be able to lift 40 lbs or more consistently throughout the shift. Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods of time (810+ hours). Manual Dexterity: Comfortable handling tools and building structures with precision. Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual labor in a warehouse environment. Qualifications Proven reliability and a strong work ethic. Previous warehouse, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to follow safety protocols while handling heavy loads and power tools.
