Job Description Real Estate Solutions (RES) is DHLs real estate development and investment business and a core value creator of DHL Supply Chain strategy, delivering industrial ahead-of-need and build-to-suit facilities for DHL and logistics customers. We are recruiting for the Real Estate Solutions (RES) business leader for North America to drive the RES 2030 business strategy, which will enable the growth of DHL Supply Chain. Lead the Real Estate Solutions team, strategy development, and agenda for North America and be a key business decision maker as a member of the DSC NORAM management board and RES global board. Responsibilities Direct, develop and implement the DSC Real Estate Solutions business agenda in partnership with regional DSC Management Board, the RES global board, and RES NORAM leadership team as aligned with the companys overall goals. Ensure regional strategic alignment with business sector leadership (e.g., Life Science, Technology, eCommerce, Consumer, Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing determines team structure, roles, performance targets in cooperation with general management Approve key Human Resources decisions for the function in the region Recruit and develop RES regional team members
