HR Generalist Location: Kent, WA (Onsite) We're partnering with a growing organization in Kent, WA to hire an HR Generalist who will support HR operations across the employee lifecycle. What You'll Do Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee records Assist with benefits administration and HRIS updates Handle employee questions related to policies and procedures Support compliance activities (I-9s, personnel files, audits) Partner with leadership on employee relations matters Assist with recruiting coordination as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of HR experience (Generalist level) Working knowledge of HR compliance and best practices Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Pay Details: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour Search managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
