SR. Construction Compliance Administrator Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Sr. Construction Compliance Administrator for a HVAC / Mechanical company in San Diego. This is a 4-6-month onsite contract position Pay is $35-$40 per hour DOE Overview The Sr. Construction Compliance Administrator supports Public Works construction projects by ensuring compliance with labor laws, insurance program requirements, and contractual standards. This role manages documentation, monitors contractor and subcontractor adherence, and maintains audit-ready records. Key Responsibilities Oversee labor and contract compliance for Public Works construction projects. Manage OCIP (Owner-Controlled Insurance) and CCIP (Contractor-Controlled Insurance Program) documentation and reporting. Ensure all practices meet DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) requirements and public works regulations. Administer Labor Compliance Program requirements and support contractors and project teams with compliance guidance. Verify proper application of prevailing wage and fringe benefit rates. Conduct compliance audits and resolve discrepancies with contractors and project managers. Qualifications Experience working with Public Works construction contracts. Strong knowledge of OCIP/CCIP programs, DIR regulations, and labor compliance standards. Knowledge of prevailing wage laws and fringe benefit requirements. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
