Now Hiring: Grant Operations Analyst/ Clinical Business Analyst Industry: Public Healthcare Location: New York, NY (Onsite) Pay: $50 per hour Duration: 2 months Schedule: 35 hours per week with 1-hour daily lunch break A leading public healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a Grant Operations Analyst to support a high-visibility Special Pathogens Program. This role will oversee the day-to-day operational management of a newly awarded grant that will fund 10 to 15 sub-recipients. This is a fully onsite opportunity ideal for someone with strong grant financial oversight, compliance, and reporting experience within healthcare, public sector, or nonprofit environments. Key Responsibilities Manage grant financial tracking, budget oversight, and expense analysis Monitor sub-recipient funding allocations and ensure proper documentation Ensure compliance with grant requirements, reporting standards, and regulatory guidelines Prepare financial and programmatic reports for stakeholders Support collaboration and training initiatives with sub-recipients Maintain organized documentation and system records for audit readiness Provide OTPS operational support and general grant administration Qualifications Experience with grant financial management and reporting Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret budgets and financial data Knowledge of compliance standards within healthcare or public sector settings Experience supporting multi-stakeholder programs or sub-awards Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills If you have experience managing grant operations in a structured healthcare or public environment and are looking for a high-impact opportunity, I would love to connect.
