Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Contract Healthcare Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs, primarily for clinical roles. This temporary position will focus on recruiting nursing staff, patient care technicians, Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs), and select non-clinical positions. The ideal candidate will bring healthcare recruiting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for primarily clinical roles including nursing, patient care technicians, and CMAs. Support recruitment efforts for selected non-clinical positions as needed. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements. Facilitate candidate communication, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting within applicable systems. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a closely related field. Two to three years of healthcare-related recruiting or workforce experience. Demonstrated knowledge of HR theories, principles, and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather information from diverse sources, perform comprehensive analyses, and present clear, actionable summaries. Proven ability to draft, edit, and review business and technical documents. Experience conducting formal training sessions, employee orientations, or similar communication-intensive activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle ACM (Oracle Recruiting/Applicant Candidate Management system).
