Job Description & Requirements Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25 This facility is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: As soon as credentialed, 8a-5p Full time position- 5 days per week Practice Setting: Ambulatory Type of cases and required procedures: Clinical Excellence: Provide expert hematology and oncology care, utilizing the co-located Solari Infusion Center for modern treatment delivery. Partner with navigators and social workers to ensure a seamless, supportive patient journey from diagnosis through survivorship. Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Certifications required: Board Certified Medical Oncology, Will also consider Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology. Will consider Board Eligible in as well. Basic Life Support and Drug Enforcement Administration Licensure required: California ? Facility Location In Spanish the word Santa Cruz means "Holy Cross".
