Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. The Patient Service Representative (PSR) provides exceptional customer service and administrative support within our Cardiology practice in Belfast, Maine. Serving as the first point of contact for patients, the PSS plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered experience. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays, and maintaining accurate patient records.
