Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience Prior experience in Level 1 trauma centers Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system Current BCLS certification Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork Nice to Have Skills: Experience in ENT, Urology, Plastic Surgery, or Burns Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Familiarity with robotic or minimally invasive surgeries Multilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in applicable state Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred Proven track record in high-volume or trauma settings Other Requirements: Flexible shift availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Participation in on-call rotations (M-F 2100-630; Sat/Sun 630-1900/1900-630) Willingness to work variable shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s) per unit needs Valid licensure, certifications, and compliance with all regulatory standards Immunizations and background checks as required This position offers an hourly pay rate of $62.47, along with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses.
