Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines Goal-oriented and motivated Experience in agency or bank recovery preferred but not required Telemarketing or customer service experience a plus Knowledge of FDCPA, credit bureau reports, and computer skills helpful Essential Functions: Achieve department standards and goals by contacting clients and collecting on debtor accounts. Work the minimum number of accounts per hour as set by management. Set up payment arrangements with debtors and follow up on those arrangements. Follow up on accounts until they are paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible. Perform skip tracing tasks. Maintain accurate records and documentation of account activity. Adhere to all FDCPA regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Why This Opportunity?
