Job Description Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in the Hampton, VA area. This position offers approximately 30 hours per week and is ideal for candidates seeking a consistent schedule in a supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior plans, engaging clients in skill-building activities, collecting session data, and collaborating with caregivers and clinical supervisors. All required training is provided. No prior ABA experience is necessary for BT applicants. All new hires must complete paid onboarding and training during their first two weeks of employment.
