Construction Equipment Assistant Manager

Job Full Description Equipment Assistant ManagerPay: $33 - $38 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 6:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PMLocation: North PhxKey Responsibilities • Manage company-owned and rental equipment across active construction sites • Oversee equipment logistics and transfers between projects in coordination with the Equipment Manager • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and service repairs • Route drivers and mechanics to support field operations • Maintain accountability for company vehicles, tools, and equipment • Procure tools, parts, and jobsite supplies as needed • Support project teams so they remain focused on execution • Track invoices, receipts, and purchase orders with accuracy • Assist with Rental vs Purchase analysis of equipment • Assist with vendor communication and coordination • Assist the Equipment Manager with varying operational tasks based on project needs Leadership & Oversight • Provide direction to assigned drivers and mechanics • Maintain accountability for company vehicles and equipment • Help enforce operational readiness and safety expectations Qualifications • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities • Strong computer proficiency including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Bluebeam • Comfortable working primarily on active construction sites • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to operate a light-duty pickup truck • No CDL or heavy equipment operation required • Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position. • 2 - 5 years of commercial construction equipment related experience or and associate's degree in construction management Preferred Candidate Profile • Resides within the northwest corridor to minimize commute time • Team-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset • Professional, dependable, and culture-focused • Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities Potential Benefits • Company truck • Company credit card • Long-term career growth with a respected commercial builder Pre-Employment Requirements • Background screening • Drug screening • Post-offer FIT / physical test (client coordinated) If interested, please reach out to Dyana with attached resume at #2107 Peoria, AZ 2107 8345 West Thunderbird Road Suite B-107 Peoria, AZ 85381
