Florida Division Manager

The ideal candidate will spearhead statewide construction efforts with 3 branches, leveraging strong industry contacts to secure opportunities, build partnerships, and expand the presence in Florida's dynamic market. This role requires deep expertise in estimating and project management, from accurate bid preparation and cost control to scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site execution for exterior facade restoration, waterproofing, structural repairs, and envelope enhancements.
