This SPD Manager will orchestrate standardized instrument sets, rapid turnovers, and validated decontamination and sterilization workflows to meet complex service lines including robotics, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, general surgery, and GI/endoscopy. Seamless integration with perioperative scheduling, supply chain, and OR leadership maintains instrument availability, point-of-use cleaning compliance, and case cart accuracy on time and on target.
