Quality Technician

Job Summary We're hiring a QA Technician to support both the production floor and quality lab. This role rotates between environments and requires strong attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork. Responsibilities In the QA Lab: Perform sensory, salt, pH, and moisture testing. Record results in logs and COAs. Print production labels and maintain lab organization. Complete hold tags/logs and finished goods entries. Verify blending math and assist with record review. Help investigate product complaints. Report and stop production for any food safety/quality risks. On the Production Floor: Inspect staged blends; document and return errors. Pull micro, retain, and preshipment samples. Record finished product counts. Conduct scale calibrations and paperwork checks. Perform cleaning inspections, ATP, and allergen swabs. Send endofday notes to QA team. Stop the line if safety/quality is at risk. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 years relevant experience Strong communication & computer skills (MS Office; GP a plus) Ability to work in light-to-high noise environments Able to lift up to 20 lbs and walk up to 400 yards
