The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Franchise Marketing Optimization Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Franchise Marketing Optimization Analyst, you will be responsible for implement ing a nd improving marketing programs and commercial strategies provided by franchisors across the company's branded hotel portfolio. Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $76,800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Fully leverage Marriott and IHG commercial systems while strengthening propertylevel use of brand tools, promotional calendars, and chainsupported platforms Ensure accurate and effective execution of loyalty campaigns, member offers, brandled demand programs, and franchisorsupported digital performance tools Maintain and optimize digital presence across OTAs, Google Business Profiles, metasearch channels, and brand.com content modules Support demanddriving initiatives tied to RevPAR, ADR lift, loyalty penetration, pacing targets, and overall commercial performance Monitor and share KPIs from chaindriven demand and brand activations, extracting insights from dashboards to identify optimization opportunities Conduct periodic audits of OTA listings, brand sites, and promotional messaging while supporting field needs and ensuring alignment with chain standards More about you Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or hospitality Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality franchise ecosystem Familiarity with Marriott and IHG commercial marketing tools and data environments Shift details M-F Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
