About the Job Registered Nurse (RN) The Converse Home, a warm and welcoming assisted living community in Burlington, VT, is looking for a part-time nurse to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your skills and passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents each day. We are currently hiring for the day shift, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism. Administer medications and treatments according to care plans. Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate and support residents and their families. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Qualifications:Must have a Current RN license in the state of Vermont. Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
