In this role, you will collaborate closely with offshore teams to deliver high-impact implementations, focusing on Manufacturing (Mfg) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This is an onsite/hybrid opportunity in Austin, TX, ideal for a hands-on leader with deep Oracle EBS expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle R12 ERP solutions, coordinating effectively with offshore teams. Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components). Build and optimize Oracle OAF, EDI integrations, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and API development. Support Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects, with a focus on Mfg & SCM modules including BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, MRP/MPS, Inventory Planning, and ATP. Ensure seamless integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across the ERP ecosystem. Required Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementations, particularly in Mfg & SCM modules. Strong expertise in Oracle OAF, EDI Integrations, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and API development. Proven ability to develop and maintain PL/SQL packages and RICE components. Hands-on experience with BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, MRP/MPS, Inventory Planning, and ATP. Excellent leadership skills with experience coordinating offshore teams. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Preferred Skills Prior experience in full-cycle Oracle EBS R12 projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA. Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
