The role involves making patient visits throughout various designated areas. The therapist will manage six visits daily on average. There is no maximum mileage, with average daily travel estimated between 60-80 miles. Mileage reimbursement is provided weekly. The ideal candidate will have experience in treating adult patients with chronic diseases and orthopedic conditions. Candidates should be comfortable scheduling visits with patients one day in advance. Cancelled appointments do not count as completed visits; a total of 30 visits a week is required. A company cell phone will be provided for documentation and communication purposes. The department fosters a team environment with support from departmental leadership, clinical managers, and peers. We welcome first-time travelers if they have relevant experience in home health.
