Nursing Home Nurse Practitioner New York City - Multiple Boroughs Position Overview A large multispecialty group in NYC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality care in long-term care and subacute nursing facilities. This role is ideal for experienced providers interested in a supportive, patient-focused environment.The provider will conduct routine primary care and follow-up visits, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with facility staff and supervising physicians. Work locations include Bronx (house calls) and Manhattan (nursing homes) - you choose your borough.H1B sponsorship available.
