Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant | Primary Care APP Locations & Salary Ranges • Castro Valley, CA – Primary Care NP or PA: $183,066 – $228,227 + incentives • San Bernardino, CA – Physician Assistant: $136,552 – $147,000 • Marysville, CA – Primary Care APP (NP or PA): $137,000 – $189,000 + loan repayment Requirements to apply • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program • Active or eligible state NP or PA license in the state of practice • DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain) • Board certification as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) where applicable • Minimum 1–2 years of primary care, urgent care, or outpatient clinical experience preferred • Strong communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary care teams Full-time Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant opportunities providing primary care services, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient-centered outpatient care in collaborative healthcare environments. Job Overview We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan in outpatient clinic settings. Advanced Practice Providers perform patient assessments, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, preventive care visits, and care coordination with specialists . APPs collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams while managing their own patient panels and supporting population health initiatives. Responsibilities may include EMR documentation, quality improvement participation, patient education, and coordination of referrals and diagnostic testing . These roles emphasize patient-centered care, community health access, and collaborative clinical practice models within supportive healthcare organizations.
