Our client is seeking a Marine Construction Project Supervisor who excels in a hands-on, field-first role. This position is primarily on-site, overseeing marine construction projects from start to finish, while also handling essential administrative responsibilities such as material ordering, recordkeeping, daily reporting, budgeting, and close coordination with the Director of Operations. If you enjoy working outdoors, leading crews, and solving real-time challenges on the water, this is an excellent opportunity. Key Responsibilities of a Marine Construction Project Supervisor: Direct daily on-site marine construction activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with crew members, subcontractors, and engineers to maintain efficient job progress. Overseeand as needed, operateheavy equipment, barges, and marine construction methods. Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety and environmental requirements, with safety as the top priority. Respond quickly to field conditions by troubleshooting issues and adjusting plans as project needs change. Provide consistent on-site leadership through clear communication and daily direction to the team. Qualifications for a Marine Construction Project Supervisor: 710 years of hands-on experience in marine construction. Strong working knowledge of marine construction methods, including pile driving, dredging, and dock building. Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Additional Notes: Job Type: Full-time, field-based.
