Human Resources Generalist We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team in Boerne, TX! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organizational culture of our rapidly growing mobile healthcare practice, Woundlocal. Roles & Responsibilities Maintain company personnel records Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave, payroll, and performance management plans (PIPs) Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to department managers Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and with recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance Create and distribute internal communications regarding any HR-related changes or announcements Monitor employee morale and company culture, using our mission statement and core values as tools Provide personnel policy and process/procedure guidance to employees and management team Recruit and facilitate the interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand requirements of the open position and interview qualified candidates Onboard new hires into Insperity and facilitate the initiation of onboarding of new hires for other departments involved in the onboarding process Perform other duties as assigned
