Senior Project Manager

Our client, an industry-leading general contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects for a confidential hyperscale end user. This individual will oversee the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring successful delivery aligned with schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives. The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, and trade partners while driving coordination across field operations, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and risk management. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including a minimum of 4 years focused specifically on data center or mission-critical projects. Strong expertise in managing complex MEP systems, critical power infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear), and advanced cooling systems is required. This role demands proven leadership in contract administration, subcontractor management, change management, and financial oversight, along with the ability to navigate fast-paced, technically demanding environments. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity in either the Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ market, supporting some of the most advanced digital infrastructure projects in the country.
