Business Process Operations Consultant

Business Process Operations Consultant Apex Systems is looking for a business process operations consultant for one of our clients in Madison, WI. Must be hybrid on-site three times a week. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions. Lean Six Sigma certification a plus. Must be comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity and complexity. Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. Must also be skilled at managing expectations and negotiating compromises when necessary. Project Management Expertise Proven ability to manage complex projects, with experience creating and executing project plans, managing multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects on time and within budget. PMP or similar certification is a plus. Cross-Functional Leadership Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across a variety of teams, including technical, operational, and compliance functions. Demonstrated success in building consensus across diverse groups. Experience in Change Management Strong understanding of change management principles and experience applying them in the context of major organizational or technological transformations. Adaptability and Resilience Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and remain focused on delivering the best possible outcomes.
