This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, driven, and motivated by improving cash flow and resolving delinquent accounts. What You'll Do Conduct inbound and outbound collections communications regarding account balances, payment commitments, and billing discrepancies. Perform collections follow-up on past-due accounts, including invoice research and payment resolution. Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Partner with internal teams to obtain documentation, verify account details, and support collections resolution. Maintain accurate, up-to-date collections records in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. What We're Looking For Experience in collections, billing, or accounts receivable within a contract or corporate environment preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage collections conversations under pressure. A problem-solver who enjoys investigating delinquent account issues and driving resolution. Comfortable using systems and learning collections tools quickly. Dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute immediately to the collections function.
