Currently it is for Saturdays only but could lead to a few shifts during the week. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and provide a positive first impression of Mitchell Subaru. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times. Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about the dealership, and help coordinate appointments. Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance overall customer experience. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred. Availability to work Saturdays.
