Our Greater Boston area client is looking for multiple contract Recruiters for immediate support; this role is 40 hours a week and working ET standard hours. Looking for 5+ years high volume recruiting experience and tech savvy knowledge with programs like Workday, PowerBI and Excel Manage full recruitment lifecycle for the team and support a specific geographic area Build staffing strategy in support of your geographic area; inclusive of identifying and developing partnerships with local colleges, military, and community-based organizations Source, identify, engage, attract, assess, and extend offers to candidates Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs Manage applicants in the applicant tracking system Proactively manage candidate pipeline for future needs Coordinate and run virtual hiring events Report weekly progress against headcount goals to management Anticipate challenges and obstacles, while shifting recruitment strategies as needed Ensures all online recruitment posts, job descriptions, and applicant search results are current and accurate Requirements: 5+ years full recruitment lifecycle or sourcing experience Experience recruiting in a high-volume setting Strong technical experience and comfort using multiple platforms (Excel, PowerBI, Phenom, Workday etc.) Demonstrated experience in strategic talent sourcing, including targeted sourcing techniques Developed business acumen, professional presence, and intellectual curiosity Talent assessment and influencing skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Collaborative teammate Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with a focus on attention to detail Ability to identify innovative and creative means to identify and attract talent Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
