Job Description

Construction Admin At Work Personnel is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Construction Admin to support daily operations in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. If youre bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy keeping an office running smoothly, wed love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external contacts via phone, email, and in person (English and Spanish) Maintain, update, and organize records, databases, and reports with a high level of accuracy Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation Assist with record maintenance and document control Support safety compliance efforts by assisting with documentation, tracking, and reporting as needed Provide administrative support for daily office operations and special projects Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned Job Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Familiar with construction terminology related to drywall and acoustical systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and effectively Experience with record maintenance or document management preferred Knowledge of safety compliance procedures is a plus Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed EEO Notice At Work Personnel is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
