Material Handler

Material Handler We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to maintain satisfactory quality performance levels, package and sort units for production, and perform data entry tasks in a high-speed, high-volume environment. The role involves putting away and pulling equipment or parts, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation while meeting or exceeding daily production goals. Responsibilities Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels. Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production. Perform data entry to systems via PC. Operate in a high-speed, high-volume environment. Meet or exceed daily production goals at 80% or higher. Put away and pull equipment and/or parts. Maintain a clean, organized work station. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Proficiency in shipping and material handling within a warehouse setting. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English. Attention to detail in production tasks. Computer skills for data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. Training provided for 10 days on the first shift. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment with openings on the first shift from 7am to 3:30pm (Monday to Friday), and second shift from 2:30pm to 11pm. The role includes 30 minutes for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennett Square, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
