Patient Services Representative Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays) Full-time (40/hour per week) Pay starts at $14 an hour with increases available based on performance. Locations available: Alcoa, Knoxville and Morristown, TN, In-Person River Valley Health is a comprehensive Federally Qualified Health Center caring for over 70,000 patients across 13 counties in Tennessee. Key Responsibilities: Greet our patients and check them in for their appointment. Verify insurance eligibility and advise uninsured patients of pertinent clinic programs for which they qualify. Perform scheduling and/or rescheduling of appointments as needed. Other administrative tasks such as answering incoming calls, scanning documents, and distributing daily mail. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient computer skills. Experience in similar roles preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
