Senior Supply Analyst & On-Site Lead (Navy ERP) Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) supports national security missions across Engineering Logistics IT & Cybersecurity Program Control. STi is hiring a Senior Supply Analyst & On-Site Lead (Navy ERP) to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) in West Bethesda, MD. This role supports NSWCCD's Property Management Division (Code 107) and coordinates with the Corporate Business Office Division (Code 106). While this position maps to the Senior Supply Analyst key personnel requirement, we are specifically seeking someone who can also function as a day-to-day on-site leadhelping organize priorities, track actions, and ensure quality execution across supply/property support activities, especially during inventory validation cycles and FIAR/audit readiness events. This role offers an opportunity to grow into broader site-lead responsibilities. Primary Duties And Responsibilities: Serve as the primary on-site point of coordination for daily task execution and action tracking across assigned support activities. Prioritize workload, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned to government expectations. Coordinate with government stakeholders and internal team members to resolve issues and keep execution moving during surge periods (inventory validations, FIAR cycles). Provide supervisory/personnel leadership as required (task assignment, coaching, and accountability). Collect, review, and analyze information to define problems, identify drivers, and develop recommendations for improvement. Maintain and support accurate Navy ERP (N-ERP) records and transactions related to supply/property programs. Support material technical screening, inventory transactions, and movements; ensure record accuracy and traceability. Support inventory completeness and existence validations, discrepancy research, and causative analysis. Assist with MILSTRIP and P-Card Purchase Requisition entry and tracking (as applicable). Support FIAR-related activities and cycles; help prepare, validate, and document work products that support audit readiness. Assist with process change procedures and implementation of new policies. Review existing knowledge transfer processes and help identify improvements. Independently develop and update SOPs, guidance documents, and workflow/process documentation. Support forms/documentation development using Adobe tools and/or Microsoft Power Tools (as needed). Process and track ERP Access Enforcer requests (as required). Minimum Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required (for clearance). Active Secret clearance required (Tier 3 / PSI favorably adjudicated). Education (one of the following): BS/BA in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field from an accredited institution, OR In lieu of degree: 5+ additional years of prior military, DoD, or related experience in Inventory Management, Logistics, or Plant Property & Equipment/Asset Management. Experience (required): 3+ years experience supporting Navy / Navy ERP (N-ERP) solutions 5+ years experience managing DoD logistics including Sponsor Owned Material (SOM) and/or Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) Experience in a management capacity with responsibilities for: Material accountability Project/program-level management of contractors/subordinates Physical inventories of PP&E/Asset Management and/or OM&S Minimum 3 years of supervisory/personnel management experience Strong written and verbal communication (must be able to deliver findings and recommendations in writing and brief orally as needed) Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience supporting N-ERP above the minimum requirements Working knowledge of: DoD FMR Volume 4, Chapter 4, DoN FFMIA Statement of Assurance, SECNAVINST 4440.33 1+ year purchase request generation in N-ERP (contracts, OFDs, MILSTRIP, and P-Card) Work Environment: 100% on-site at NSWCCD Carderock (West Bethesda, MD) Support scope spans NSWCCD programs in Bethesda, MD and coordination with detachments (Norfolk, VA; Memphis, TN; Titusville, FL; Dania Beach, FL; Bayview, ID; Bangor, WA; Ketchikan, AK) as needed Workload may surge during inventory validation cycles and FIAR compliance testing Keywords: Navy ERP, N-ERP, OM&S, Sponsor Owned Material, SOM, PP&E, asset management, property accountability, inventory validation, FIAR, audit readiness, MILSTRIP, purchase requisitions, P-Card, supply analyst, logistics EEO: STi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
