This role is responsible for producing high-quality products at the lowest possible cost while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements. Positions may support the extrusion production line and/or material handling operations.Key Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment Assist the primary operator during changeovers and production transitions Read and interpret shop orders to ensure accurate production Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Communicate effectively with operators and shift leads Maintain clean production lines and equipment Support plant operations across various operator-level positions Follow direction from operators and shift leadership Support the companys mission, vision, and guiding principles Interested in hearing more?
