Electrical Foreman - Modular Systems

IPS Shelters manufactures modular shelters supporting data centers and critical infrastructure projects across North America. We are seeking a hands-on Onsite Electrical Foreman to oversee the installation of all electrical systems within our modular units at our Denton manufacturing facility.This is a working leadership role - you will be actively involved in electrical installation while leading the electrical team to ensure all systems are installed safely, accurately, and in compliance with applicable codes and project specifications.What You'll Do        Lead and supervise the electrical installation team within the Denton facility        Install and oversee installation of electrical systems in modular shelter units        Interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and panel schedules        Install conduit, wiring, panels, breakers, grounding, and distribution systems        Coordinate with structural and mechanical teams to ensure proper system integration        Ensure compliance with NEC and applicable local/state electrical codes        Perform quality checks and testing of installed systems        Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety standards        Track labor hours and production progress        Communicate updates to operations leadershipWhat We're Looking For        Strong background in commercial or industrial electrical installation        Experience installing distribution systems and panel assemblies        Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and construction drawings        Experience leading crews in a shop or construction environment        Detail-oriented with strong quality and safety standards        Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing settingRequirements        5+ years electrical installation experience (commercial or industrial preferred)        2+ years in a leadership or crew lead role        Journeyman Electrician license preferred (Master Electrician a plus)        Working knowledge of NEC requirements        Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in an active shop environment        Reliable transportation to Denton facilityPreferred        Experience in modular construction or prefabricated systems        Experience with data center or critical infrastructure installations        Familiarity with low-voltage systems and control wiring        Forklift or equipment operation experience        OSHA certification        Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusWhy Join IPS Shelters?We are building a high-performance manufacturing operation from the ground up in Denton.
