You will spearhead the clinical sales department, aiming for remarkable revenue growth and market expansion within the PreK-12 education sector. Your role will include: Developing and executing strategic sales plans. Building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Ensuring customer satisfaction with our comprehensive suite of assessment solutions. Creating and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for customer conversion and growth. Managing a high-performing sales team and fostering an environment of motivation and success. Partnering with the Chief Growth Officer to establish best practices across the clinical sales team. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in sales leadership within K-12 SaaS environments, showcasing a proven track record of significant revenue growth and successful go-to-market initiatives. Experience in transitioning customers to digital solutions is essential, as is the ability to devise data-driven, market-oriented sales strategies. A deep understanding of the intricacies involved in selling SPED solutions to districts will be highly regarded. Be prepared for extensive travel, as this position requires a commitment of 50% or more.
