What You'll Do - You will represent TruGreen, directly engaging with homeowners to understand their lawn care needs and providing tailored solutions that foster trust and satisfaction. Connect with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach, exuding professionalism, energy, and positivity. Personalize sales messaging to align with the unique lawn care needs of each household since no two yards (or customers) are identical. Utilize a proven sales methodology to convert inquiries into signed contracts. Document interactions and track your performance using CRM tools to measure activity, as numbers and follow-through are essential. Expertly cross-sell and upsell to demonstrate how customers can enhance their lawns. High school diploma or GED required (a PhD in People Skills is highly valued). Prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial, but passion and dedication can take you further. Excellent time management abilities and a self-motivated attitude; no one needs to tell you to go. Comfortable using technology and mobile devices (no coding required; just tap, swipe, and go).
